What should a common man do to make Allah happy?

The common man should carefully listen to, and hear what the scholars say and write about Islam. They should accept what they honestly believe is the most convincing point of view on a certain subject. In the process, they should keep their eyes and minds open. They should never become rigid about any one point of view. If they follow this policy, Allah Almighy would reward them for what they understand and do, even if sometimes, their understanding might be wrong.
