Difficulty in offering prayers in Western countries

Question:
Today in an answer to one of the question on Qazah prayers, your said that we must pray on time otherwise it is a big sin. In Western countries we don't have official breaks for prayers, especially Zuhur and Asar, nor do we have any allocated space for prayers at work. What should we do and what are the options for us?

Response:
Please be sure the prayer you must say is the fard prayer which takes only five minutes. Normally you can always get five minutes out for any activity. However, if there is no way out, then you can join the two prayers – Zuhur and Asar – at any time from the beginning of Zuhur till the ending of time of Asar.
