Masah

Question:
Is one allowed to do masah when one keeps one's socks on? For how long can it be done?

Response:
Please keep doing masah whenever you feel like it, for one full day, with your socks on. The difference between jurab and mozah is a fiqhi point raised in the Hanafi fiqh. The fact of the matter is that masah is a concession allowed by the prophet to believers and it should be availed whenever one feels like doing it. You can do it for one day while in your own city and for three days when travelling. The only thing you should be concerned about is that you should not have removed your socks while you are still doing masah.
