Missing Fajar Prayer

Question:
If Fajar prayer is missed, can we recite it just before reciting the Zuhr prayer?

Response:
If you miss Fajar because you were asleep, say it immediately after you get up. The only exception could be that the time when you get prepared for prayers after getting up is the time of sunrise. In that case, just wait for another ten minutes and then say your Fajar. In case you wait for Zuhar, you will remain a sinner until the time you say your Fajar. In case you say your Fajar prayer immediately after getting up, your prayer will be considered as if you have said them on time, insha'Allah, provided your oversleeping was not deliberate.
